Tottenham Hotspur Interim manager Cristian Stellini has been sacked after less than a month in charge.
The decision comes a day after Spurs were thrashed 6-1 at Newcastle on Saturday April 22.

Stellini was appointed on 26 March after Antonio Conte left the club.

Ryan Mason will take charge of the team for the final six games of the season.

Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League table, six points behind both Newcastle in third and Manchester United in fourth.

Newcastle and United have played fewer games than Spurs, who host the Old Trafford side on Thursday.

Spurs won three matches, drew one and lost three under Stellini, who acted as Conte's assistant during his time as manager.
