Staff in the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discovered a suspicious envelope on Monday.

According to Israeli media reports on Monday, there was no danger to the public, citing a relevant department in the prime minister’s office.

Local Reports have it that the envelope reportedly contained vials with an unknown substance, revealing that the envelope has been sent to a laboratory for examination.

Meanwhile, a government spokeswoman declined to confirm the reports and directed inquiries to Israel Police, which initially did not comment.
