World richest man Elon Musk has created a new political party. 

Elon Musk in a post on X Saturday named the new political party, as the 'America Party.

"Today, America Party is formed to give you back your freedom," the Musk's post said, citing a poll he had previously posted on Friday.

The businessman has been talking about creating a new political party following his public fall out with President Donald Trump.

The new US political party that Musk has boasted about bankrolling could initially focus on a handful of House and Senate seats.

Musk mused about the party on Friday in a post on X, as he continued his feud with Donald Trump over the spending bill that the president has signed into law.
