Wizkid’s “Essence” wins Best Collaboration.
Wizkid, Tems, and Justin Bieber’s song “Essence” also took home the Best Collaboration award, giving the outstanding female vocalist a total of two triumphs.
The competition for the Essence Music Awards included “Every Change I Get” by DJ Khaled featuring Lil Baby and Lil Durk, “Family Ties” by Baby Seem featuring Kenderick Lamar, “Whole Lotta” by Bia featuring Nicki Minaj, “Way 2 Sexy” by Drake featuring Future and Young Thug, and “Kiss me More” by Doja Cat featuring SZA.
